Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At The Lash Loft, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When cancellations occur without adequate notice, it affects not only our professionals but also other clients awaiting availability. In the interest of fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask all guests to honor the following terms:

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).

Failure to cancel or attend your appointment will be considered a No-Show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Appointments made within the 24-hour window are still subject to this cancellation policy.

As a courtesy, confirmation messages are sent 48 hours prior via SMS and email. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients on our waitlist.

Late arrivals will be charged in full, even if the remaining time does not allow for the complete service.

Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted accordingly.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. These policies help us provide the best possible experience for all our clients.
Refill Policy
For optimal results and consistency, The Lash Loft does not offer refills on lash extensions applied by other salons. In such cases, a full removal and new set application are required.

We recommend first-time clients transferring from another salon take advantage of our introductory promotions.

Lash removal is a separate service and will incur an additional charge.

To ensure sufficient appointment time, please contact our front desk at (212) 353-2517 if removal is needed.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
